Group classes provide a holistic yoga experience with the verbal and physical directions required for a safe and effective yoga practice.

Due to the pandemic, currently I offer only ONLINE group classes via ZOOM. In online group classes, I watch and guide you closely, similar to the studio environment. Every month, we set a theme for our classes and we work with that subject in different ways. The classes consist of breathing exercises, meditation and asana to promote breathing effectively. If you miss classes or want to practice it again, recordings are available for one week. You can see the announcements of these courses at the events page.

You can follow the group class schedule on the website and if you wish, you can inquire to book small private group classes to be held in a suitable location.
