You can take private classes or attend the online group classes I teach via ZOOM.
In online group classes, I watch and guide you closely, similar to the studio environment. Every month, we set a theme for our classes and we work with that subject in different ways. The classes consist of breathing exercises, meditation and asana to promote breathing effectively. If you miss a class or want to practice it again, recordings are available for one week.
